1. this offer is only valid for new customers who have registered on our website and made their first real money deposit.

2. the maximum bonus amount is EUR 500.

3. the minimum deposit required to receive a 100% first deposit bonus and 200 free spins is EUR 20.

4. after the qualifying deposit has been made, the player is given the opportunity to activate the deposit bonus and the free spins one after the other in the profile area.

4.1 Free spins for the first deposit will be added as a block of 20 per day for 10 days - 200 free spins in total. The first 20 free spins can be claimed from the moment the qualifying deposit is made for the next 24 hours. Subsequent top-ups of 20 free spins can be claimed again within the next 24 hours on each of the next 9 days after the exact hour at which the first deposit was made (for example: if you make your first deposit today at 10:30am, the first block of bonus spins can be claimed from 10:30am today until 10:29am tomorrow. The second block can be claimed tomorrow from 10:30 am to 10:29 am the following day.

4.2 Each block of 20 free spins can be claimed within 24 hours of availability, otherwise the spins will expire.

5. the bonus will be credited immediately after a successful deposit. Please contact support via live chat or email at support@crownplay.com if the bonus is not credited.

6. the welcome bonus can only be claimed before the qualifying deposit has been used for wagering.

7. a withdrawal request before the bonus has been claimed or after the bonus has been activated will result in the bonus entitlement being revoked.

8. deposits via Neteller or Skrill do not qualify for participation in this promotion.

9. a player can cancel an active bonus at any time in the profile section or by contacting our support team. Canceling the bonus will void the entire amount in the casino bonus balance.

10. the maximum bet allowed during an active casino bonus is EUR 5.

11. the wagering requirements are 35 times the original deposit amount and the bonus received. The wagering requirements for winnings from free spins are x40.

13. the wagering requirements for a bonus must be met within 10 days of the bonus being activated. If the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the bonus amount and any winnings will be void.

14 This bonus cannot be combined with other bonuses (promotions) at the same time. If you activate another bonus or claim free spins while you have an active bonus, the current active bonus and all corresponding winnings are automatically canceled.
